FIELDAYS 2025 - 11th to 14th June
Fieldays are just around the corner, and with them comes a fantastic opportunity to support Kaipaki School’s annual fundraiser! We're once again running the Passenger Shuttle Service at Gate 2 to help move exhibitors, volunteers, and visitors up and down the hill with ease.
Each 10-seater van, equipped with a luggage trailer, will operate daily from 6am to 6pm, and we need volunteers to either drive or co-drive these shuttles. For health and safety, each van must have both a driver and a co-driver at all times.
Shifts are half-day only (no double shifts allowed):
Morning: 6am – 12 noon
Afternoon: 12 noon – 6pm
All volunteers must attend a mandatory onsite orientation prior to the event, scheduled for a weekend day nearer the time.
