FIELDAYS 2024 - 12th to 15th June
Shuttle Drivers/Co-Driver - x4 people (2 per shuttle), per day
Kaipaki School will be in charge of 2 shuttles, 2 people per shuttle. One shuttle will have a trailer for those that have purchased something. This will be at gate 2.
- This has been scheduled for – Tuesday 28 May @ 1.30pm (directly after the Food Court session)
- All allocated volunteer drivers must have their licences scanned and sent to Fieldays before this date.This includes the co-driver role as well in case they are required to drive.
- All volunteers must attend this orientation and site visit.
- We expect the orientation and site visit to take no longer than one hour.
Food Court Volunteers - x4 people (2 per foodcourt), per day
Kaipaki School will be in charge of 2 food courts, (clearing tables/wiping down tables/ over Fieldays. We require 2 people at each food court each day from 9am to 3pm.
- A date has been set aside for a full orientation of the Food Court role, which will be conducted on site.
- They will need all volunteers who are supporting this space for Kaipaki in attendance.
- The date locked in is Tuesday 28 May @ 12.30pm, hopefully this gives you plenty of notice to ensure volunteers can be present.
- We will provide an overview of the two food courts (documented) and a role description on the day.
- The Stow-it rain jackets will also be allocated on this day (a variety of sizes to be shared across the four days).
- We expect the orientation and site visit to take no longer than one hour.
